To provide effective, accessible, comprehensive and affordable primary care, urgent care, and mental health and addiction services to individuals and families of Gallia and surrounding Counties.

Dianna Smith
FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Dianna graduated as an LPN from Buckeye Hills Career Center then went on to obtain her Associates and Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Rio Grande. Dianna earned her Master's Degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Otterbein University and then pursued a Post Master's Certificate in Advanced Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dianna has over 17 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Dianna loves her family and spending time with them. She loves to camp and relax. She has been married to her husband Charles since 1987 and they share 5 children.

Kayla Zerkle, FNP-BC, CARN-AP
Kayla graduated with an Associates Degree from the University of Rio Grande, She went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University and then earned her Master's Degree in Nursing from South University. Kayla is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Kayla also is a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice. Kayla's nursing experience includes labor & delivery, urgent care, pediatrics, family practice and psychiatry. Kayla has worked at CAMC Women and Children's Hospital, Pleasant Valley Hospital, Gallipolis Developmental Center, Holzer, Appalachian Behavioral Health and is currently employed with the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. Kayla loves spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband Jordan since 2013 and they welcomed their daughter Zoey in 2021. They are also the proud parents to their fur baby Zeke.
